A message from our founder
Hi, I'm Jessica George — a former higher education career services leader turned founder, building the hiring platform I always wished existed.
For nearly a decade, I sat on the frontlines of a broken system. I helped students chase opportunities, and I worked with companies trying to find the right people — but what I saw over and over was a system that rewarded polish, not performance.
Job boards were flooded with strangers. Recruiters charged massive fees for hires that didn't last. And teams that worked — teams with real chemistry — were constantly being broken apart.
So I started asking a different question:
- • What if we stopped hiring strangers?
- • What if we started with trust instead of guesswork?
- • What if professionals could get hired with the people who bring out their best?
I set out to find a platform that did that. There wasn't one.
So I built it.

We help companies find and hire groups of professionals who already know how to work together. We call these groups Flocks — teams built on shared experience, aligned work ethic, and proven results.
